My studio is available to rent for photographers, content creators, influencers, branding sessions, boudoir photographers, headshots, product photos, reels, and small creative projects.

The studio includes access to available furniture, styled sets, basic amenities, and a private creative space to bring your vision to life.

RENTAL OPTIONS

HOURLY STUDIO RENTAL
$75/hour
2-hour minimum recommended
Perfect for quick shoots, content creation, headshots, branding photos, and smaller creative sessions.

HALF-DAY STUDIO RENTAL
$250
Up to 4 hours
Perfect for mini session days, multiple clients, boudoir sessions, branding shoots, or projects that need a little more time.

FULL-DAY STUDIO RENTAL
$450
Up to 8 hours
Perfect for full content days, styled shoots, mini session marathons, educational content, branding events, or photographers needing the space for the day.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

All rental time must include setup and cleanup.

The studio must be returned to the condition it was found in.

No glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, body oil on furniture, or anything that may stain or damage the space without prior approval.

Access to the client closet, specialty props, or specialty lighting may require approval and/or an additional fee.

A signed rental agreement may be required before your rental date.
